Description:

This guided Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) practice will help us understand more about how to work with our senses, how they support us, and meet them in the present moment. These sessions are inspired from learnings and practices within the Eight Limbed Path of Yoga.

Overview of Sessions:

  • Welcome and Encouraged Self Check in

  • Breath Observation and a led practice to prepare for meditation

  • A guided meditation with focused intention

  • Breath and Physical Body Observation

  • Call to Present and Parting


Natasha Eberhart (she/her) is a Filipino/Persian/Indian first generation Yoga Guide, Bodyworker, and a lifelong student. Her learnings and practice are rooted in honoring South Asian ancestral roots as well as prioritizing power and intuition through movement, breath, meditation. Her intentions are to guide others through finding their practice and reclaiming their power and intuition.
